Platform Lesson

Keeping the transaction on-platform changes the marketplace

Carousell began with a classifieds logic: Sellers created listings, Buyers discovered them, and the two sides often handled payment, meet-up and delivery themselves. Its current strategy pulls more of that exchange back inside the platform through the Buy button, Buyer Protection and integrated shipping. The inventory still belongs to Sellers, but Carousell gains more control over payment, delivery status, disputes and trust signals. Delivery Partners therefore become more important as the platform moves from simply introducing two users toward orchestrating an end-to-end transaction. The platform lesson is that a marketplace can deepen its role without taking ownership of the goods.

PBMC Data

Structured data behind the canvas

One fixed table for every PBMC. Transaction remains one field; all transaction arrows and their explanations stay inside that field, so cases remain directly comparable.
