Platform Lesson

Hybrid supply is the differentiator

GOAT combines two economically distinct supply paths under one marketplace: resale inventory from approved sellers and primary-market inventory from premium boutiques and retailers. The core transaction is the transfer of a product to the buyer; GOAT may physically sit in the middle for verification, while selected partners can fulfill directly. The distinctive platform layer is GOAT's orchestration and assurance across both supply paths, not the individual shipping, tracking or warehouse steps.

PBMC Data

Structured data behind the canvas

One fixed table for every PBMC. Transaction remains one field; all transaction arrows and their explanations stay inside that field, so cases remain directly comparable.
