Handy
Can a home service be booked like a product?
Handy turns local home services into bookable appointments
Finding a cleaner or handyman usually means contacting people, checking availability and asking for a price. Handy standardizes many common jobs so the customer can choose a service and time, see an upfront price and pay through the platform. Handy then matches the booking with an independent pro who can accept and perform the job. This makes a local service feel more like booking a hotel room than hiring a tradesperson from scratch. That only works if trust is built into the process, so Handy screens individual pros, verifies identity and backs eligible direct bookings with its Happiness Guarantee. Not every home project fits this model: larger improvement jobs can still use a referral-and-quote flow through the wider Angi network.
