PeoplePerHour
Can buyers shop for a service or post a project on the same marketplace?
PeoplePerHour lets buyers choose how they want to hire
PeoplePerHour does not force every freelance job into the same buying process. A buyer with a small, clearly defined need can purchase an Offer: a fixed-price service that a freelancer has packaged in advance. A buyer with a more specific problem can post a Project and receive custom proposals, or contact a freelancer directly. Whichever route starts the job, PeoplePerHour brings the work into the same WorkStream and escrow process. This means the marketplace can support both quick, product-like purchases and work that needs to be discussed and priced individually.
